On February 5, Session 75 and 76 delegates graduated from the ILEA Roswell Executive Policy and Development Symposium on Transnational Organized Crime - Countering Violent Extremism and Crisis Leadership. The delegates represented six nations from Western and Southern Africa: Mali, Mauritania, Namibia, Nigeria, Senegal, and South Africa.
