Kpidi Agnibi Hortence graduated from ILEA Roswell Session 46: Executive Policy and Development Symposium on Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation, which was held during February - March 2017. Following her participation in the ILEA Roswell symposium, she attended a Leadership for Women in Law Enforcement Training at the Regional Training Center in Accra, Ghana. In early 2018, she was appointed the National Gender Desk Coordinator for the Cote d'Ivoire Police, a position created for her to lead. Kpidi Agnibi Hortence leads efforts to combat gender-based violence (violences basées sur le genre) and gender-based sexual violence (violences sexuelles basées sur le genre) in Cote d'Ivoire. In this role, she coordinates with all national departments under the Office of the Director General of the Police on gender-based violence issues. She also collects statistical data and trains justice sector officials to improve responses to issues involving gender and gender-based violence.
