Weapons Trafficking and Gangs Model Law-Executive Policy and Development Symposium

On May 18th we celebrated the closing ceremony of the Weapons Trafficking and Gangs Model Law – Executive Policy and Development Symposium.  This was our first on-site symposium at ILEA Roswell since March 2020.  The symposium was supported by our partners from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) as well as the local Judicial District Judges.

We welcomed 35 delegates from the Bahamas, Belize, Dominican Republic, the Eastern Caribbean represented by Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago.   We are grateful to our presenters and the delegates for all their hard work and dedication to making this symposium a success.
