Wildlife Trafficking and Model Law-Executive Policy and Development Symposium

Congratulations to our delegates from Botswana, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Namibia, Niger, South Africa, and Zambia who completed the Executive Policy and Development Symposium on Transnational Crime-Wildlife Trafficking and Model Law on June 28th. This symposium focused on building a comprehensive national response model for combating trafficking in wildlife and identifying key areas of policy and enforcement guidance; criminal justice, as it pertains to the system of identifying, investigating and prosecuting crimes; and engagement with civil society.

Thank you to the presenters from FLETC and the U.S Fish and Wildlife for making this symposium a success.
